
Join us for a special Community Affairs meeting, hosted in partnership with the San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano Chambers of Commerce, featuring Jennings Imel, Vice President of the Western Region for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, on Wednesday, April 30 from 12:00-1:00pm at the Outlets at San Clemente.
Jennings will share timely federal updates on key issues impacting the business community, including tariffs, tax policy, and other legislative developments. Gain valuable insights and stay informed on the latest from Washington, D.C.

About Jennings Imel:
Jennings Imel is vice president of the Western Region in the Government Affairs Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The office is responsible for legislative and political grassroots activities in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah in support of the Chamber’s national public policy goals.
Before joining the U.S. Chamber in 2013, Jennings worked in Washington, D.C., at the U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress and at the public affairs firm Mercury, Clark & Weinstock. Earlier, he worked in the California State Assembly and managed and worked on several successful congressional and state legislative campaigns, mostly in Southern California.
Jennings received a master’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University and bachelor’s degrees in political science and German from the University of California, Riverside.
